Aircraft Planning Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an Aircraft Planning Engineer to reinforce the Maintenance team in Non Thai.

The overall job purpose is to manage and monitor the narrow-body aircraft project preparation and documentation process, in accordance with the applicable procedures, Aviation Regulations, and customer requirements. You will be monitoring and communicating aircraft project status with internal and external customers.

This is an annual contract role, renewable for 3 years.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance and refurbishment content of the work order from initial receipt to aircraft departure/project completion
  • Manage aircraft input with creating project plans, setting milestones, prepare status reports, and issue aircraft documentation
  • Monitor and communicate both internally and externally about the aircraft work in progress to the customer
  • Generate reports surrounding projects and assessments
  • Excellent communication skills, to coordinate systems engineering activities and report status.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers
  • Team player
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years Planning Engineer experience, preferably with narrow-body aircraft.  (Boeing 737, 757; Airbus 320 or similar)
  • EASA and/or FAA Aviation Regulation knowledge is advantageous
  • Fluent in English
  • PC literate with MS packages

Airworthiness Engineer

We are looking for an Airworthiness Engineer to join our exciting team in Non Thai.

This role ensures our narrow-body aircraft are fit to fly and comply with all the relevant aviation regulations. The role deals with narrow-body aircraft and associated software systems that test for airworthiness on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will need to have an in-depth understanding of aircraft design and structure, aerodynamics, and control. Prior experience in aircraft software systems, and understanding their interfaces and operation, and systems safety is critical.

This is an annual contract role, renewable for 3 years.

 Job responsibilities

  • Day-to-day work will involve the use of design certificates, drawings, and test reports provided by Systems specialists and equipment suppliers. You will operate as part of a team, compiling detailed documentation to certify an aircraft and imposing any necessary limitations.
  • Conduct airworthiness assessments to support and guide design development, modification, and equipment failure investigations.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of airworthiness capabilities
  • Provide airworthiness support and certification to support airworthiness of equipment
  • Generate reports surrounding projects and assessments
  • Undertake regular audits in accordance with quality control regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, to coordinate systems engineering activities and report status.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Team player
