Job Highlights - 5 years experienced in a Freight Forwarder - Good command of English - Strong knowledge in Air Freight Forwarder Our client is one of the world’s leaders in Freight Forwarder for Air Cargo / Sea Freight and Logistics services with over 300 offices throughout the globe and 15 sites in Thailand. Due to our continuing expansion, we are looking for highly energetic and motivated persons to join our team in the following positions
Responsibilities
- Advise to customers on the company’s products & services
- Interact with consumers over the phone, by email, by letter, and in person
- Ensure accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures
- Procedures, rules, and standards for customer service improvement
- Reporting to high management and communicating with clients about issuing refunds or compensation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields
- At least 5 years experienced in a Freight Forwarding
- Good command of English, both of written and spoken
- Smooth communicate both inside and overseas
- Keep on quantitative and qualitative analysis
