สายการบิน ANA หรือ All Nippon Airways เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Japanese Passenger Sales (Senior/Junior) ขอผู้ที่สามารถพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น (Native) และอังกฤษได้

Responsibilities

  • Achieve passenger sales targets and marketing goals.
  • Effectively manage Japanese trade and corporate relationships to support station commercial objectives by conducting regular sales visits, initiate and follow up on sales actions, obtain sales leads and proactively seek new business.
  • Establish and execute sales & marketing strategy in the assigned territory.
  • Negotiate sales contracts with Trade and Corporate.
  • Utilize sales tools (MIDT, DDS, Reports) to track the performance of the contracts.
  • Monitor pricing and distribution.
  • Oversee, Coach, and Monitor day-to-day activities of all field Sales, Marketing staff to ensure satisfactory performance levels and smooth flow of business.
  • Closely monitor the effectiveness of incentive/discount schemes by conducting regular performance reviews to maximize sales opportunities and take suitable actions.
  • Work in close collaboration with other ANA departments.
  • Engage in sales target and budget planning.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales and marketing reports and frequent monitoring of market trends and competitor activities (pricing, incentives, product, etc.) to ensure that concerned departments are kept informed of local conditions.
  • Represent ANA at sales events, workshops, etc. as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • University Graduate.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience (for Senior position) and minimum 2 years (for Junior position) in full-service airline’s passenger sales or related Sales functionality.
  • Strong sales skills and excellent commercial knowledge
  • Excellent organizational, communicational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of GDS is preferred (For candidate with Airline’s experience).
  • Good knowledge of the local outbound travel market includes Consolidator, Leisure, TMC, OTA, SME and Corporate.
  • Fluent in spoken and written both Japanese and Thai are mandatory. Japanese is an asset.
