Job Description
You will be responsible for the safe, successful, and efficient coordination of the Flight Operations, whilst ensuring client satisfaction through liaison with service providers, local authorities, flight crews, and VIP’s. Some nights/weekends/holidays and general antisocial hours are required. TRAVEL REQUIRED.
- Arrange, plan, coordinate, and directly supervise activities pertaining to flight operations
- Manage the execution of assigned flights across the region
- Work directly with sub-contractors to ensure adequate assets are available to perform the required services (ground handling requests, transport, hotels, etc.)
- Primary liaison with local authorities, ground handlers, transport contractors, etc. to coordinate, and execute Aviation Operations you are assigned to
- Review, consolidate, and prepare invoices to be sent to clients after services are completed for flights supervised
- Make decisions on how to best serve the customer when faced with competing priorities
- Be able to work unsupervised while under operational constraints and tight deadlines
- Frequent Travel is required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- The ability to communicate in English is required (both written and spoken)
- Experience in Customer Service required
- Aviation, hospitality, and tourism experience preferred
- Good analytical skill
- MS Excel MS Word, Outlook, Office 365
- Possess flexibility and a can-do attitude, Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability preferred
