Job Description

Act as focal within the company for fuel saving.
Ensure operational focus on fuel panel initiatives ensuring key initiatives are kept on track to achieve targeted fuel burn reduction
Assign initiatives to fuel panel Pilots and manage their required office time.
Maintain Pilot participation in the fuel panel (ensuring adequate resource provision).
Collect, maintain and monitor the company’s fuel usage according to the CORSIA compliance.
Deliver a standard and recommendation regarded fuel saving among the stakeholder to increase fuel efficiency awareness across the company.
Being a member of the company working group to participate and negotiate in a fuel bidding panel.
Represent the company & actively participate in industry fuel conservation forums and activities.
Publish and update the fuel panel dashboard including a monthly fuel used report provided to the operations and technical teams.
Provide regular updates to internal websites on fuel-saving progress against budgeted targets.
Drive the delivery of initiatives to achieve the budgeted fuel-saving target.
Coordinate cost/benefit analysis of fuel efficiency initiatives.
Provide agreed aircraft decrement, statistical tax, and arrival hold data to Flight Planning.
Perform fuel burn comparisons to determine reasons for unexpected discrepancies.
Monthly analysis of extra fuel uplifted by the fleet for Flight Operations.
Analysis of potential fuel savings for new initiatives.
Ensure all fuel policy issues are agreed upon by Flight Operations prior to implementation.
Perform a “Fuel Efficiency ” audit of your own organization.
Cooperate with both external and internal stakeholders to drive and achieve the fuel-saving initiative.
Initiate and implement a culture change for fuel efficiency behavior in the concerned units within the company.
Establish a dedicated tool or system together with the fuel efficiency program to monitor and evaluate the efficient fuel usage of the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
Minimum 8 years experience.
Good skills in Planning, Problem-solving, and Analytical.
English proficiency TOEIC 550 or above.
