Job Highlights - Reservation & Ticketing System - Online Booking System - HTML, Restful API's, Javascript
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and work closely with system providers for host Reservation & Ticketing system, Internet Booking Engine i.e. website/ mobile web/ mobile application) as well as online payment on these channels to scrutinize the experience and functionality.
- Execute and coordinate with system providers of host Reservation & Ticketing system, Internet Booking Engine, and online payment to meet the capability as our requirement and proposed by the system providers, to fully meet the company’s expectations and to create a better customer experience/satisfaction.
- Analyze and involve in the process of procuring new accountable systems and related solutions, if any to align with the company policy/ requirements as well as customer experience.
- Coordinate with the relevant team, test and scrutinize the delivery of a new system, features or function to ensure that the requirement is fulfilled.
- Educate team members on the utilization of system work or inform the system’s limitations to the relevant team.
- Initially investigate and solve common issues if the error can be fixed at our end. Coordinate with the relevant team and the system providers to scrutinize the root cause of an arising problem on the host Reservation & Ticketing system, Internet Booking Engine, and also the payment solution integrated.
- Provide assistance to end users and customers experiencing difficulties in performing in the host Reservation & Ticketing system, and Internet Booking Engine to create the best result in customer experience and satisfaction.8. Provide monthly reports of pending issues to immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science.
- Minimum 1-year experience.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of HTML, Restful APIs, and Javascript.
- Good Skills in People Management and Development, Systematic Thinking, and Strong logical perspective.
- Good background in online booking systems is a plus.
- English proficiency TOEIC 550 or above.
