Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze both quality and quantity data in order to set standard policies, standard processes, and all manuals related to Business Development Plan and Corporate Strategy in order to standardize and smoothen in improving the business plan.
- Analyze and control appropriation of strategic direction and synchronize business plans that are linked throughout the organization.
- Define principle and manipulation direction, action plan, monitor and review performance management for all departments in accordance with corporate’s goal.
- Obtain, consolidate and analyze business information such as market environment, business performance, and company’s SWOT for the sake of defining the overall company’s strategy.
- Consolidate and prepare short-term strategic plans, intermediated-term strategic plans, and long-term strategic plans based on analyzed business information.
- Define strategic objectives, strategic KPIs, and strategic roadmap. Distribute the company’s strategy to all levels.
- Communicate and make the same understanding at the department level in order to implement the company’s strategy and follow the company’s goal.
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate and report department performance under the agreed framework in order to smoothen the implementation of the business plan and fasten the decision-making process. Ensure all departments are conducted in the same direction.
- Verify work system, process, and measurement tool, and assess work performance.
- Support and encourage action plan/ project including monitoring action plan result in order to ensure that all action plan aligns with the company’s direction and expectation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Business Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Good skill in Analytical, Planning and Communication.
- English proficiency TOEIC 550 or above.
