Requirement
- 10 years of experience in Aviation Maintenance organization
- Understanding of the applicability and extent of CAAT, AOCR, and/or TCAR part 145 in
relation to the approval. This includes the Operations Manual, GMM and RSM, privileges
of the approval, changes, continued validity, and suspension requirements applicable to
the approval in accordance with the applicable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Establish maintenance procedures for maintenance activities under AIT aviation
responsibility, as required for Quality and Safety standardization, include, but are not limited to,
planning, performing work tasks, and recording maintenance tasks. - Ensure that all maintenance is completed in a timely manner and records for evaluation
program. - Ensure that only qualified maintenance personnel, that have the training and retention of
records associated with Elementary work and servicing of the company, are assigned to
complete maintenance tasks. - Develop priorities to ensure aircraft are available as required by Flight Operations within
the limits of the maintenance resources. - Coordinate maintenance with approved repair organization AMO. (In case of
maintenance work contracted to a repair station)
- Initiate purchase requisitions for stock as required.
- Develop General Maintenance Manual with getting concur from Technical Quality
Assurance. - Suggest to the Director of Operation for part requisition for fleet maintenance
- Liaison with AMO, contracted, sub-contracted, and Supplier to ensure the Maintenance and repair is carried out with agreement and Airworthiness matters affecting the safe operation of Aircraft.
- Technical Manager shall review GMM annually and update the training program.
- Advise action to be taken to P-I-C when aircraft has deflected away from the base.
- Ensure that daily and preflight inspections are carried out by certified and qualified
maintenance personnel. - Ensure that all AD notes and service publications are complied with.
- Identified Items for service difficulty report and submit to authority
