Job Description
- Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion
- Co-ordinate with sales/customer/ and overseas agent for obtaining shipment instruction.
- Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department for import process.
- Handle import shipment as per sales/customer and overseas agent instruction.
- Handle all relevant import documents.(Pre-alert, D/O, Freight invoice etc.)
- Arrange inquiry report and record for evaluation.
- Recheck cost and follow up expense and payment to carrier/supplier/sub-contractors/overseas agent.
- Review profit & lost for each job and close job on time.
- Arrange shipment report/POD as requested by sales/customer and overseas agent or as assigned by Manager.
Qualification
- Male or Female with experiences in shipping, Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company
- Strong Customer Service mind
- Sales-oriented with operational conscious
- Self-confident with positive attitude
- Strong negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Organizational skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- High Responsibility, flexibility and Discreetness
- Excellence on communication skill
- Proven Management experience in any field
Special Knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- AS400 & FM3000 know-how in related functions are advantage
