Responsibilities
- Handle cargo reservation /report cargo/Cargo documents
- Handle inbound & outbound cargo
- Summary cargo and issue the report every period
- Billing and cargo invoice process
- Customer Service
- Cargo Tracking , inbound cargo
- Sale report and Invoice
- Other tasks assigned for the cargo office business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (The Faculty of Business Administration/Logistics management)
- New graduates are welcome
- Age 24-26 years old
- Pleasant personality, Attitude and Service Mind
- Good command in English (TOEIC 550 or above), the Chinese language is preferred
- Good computer skills
- Good health condition and no criminal record
- Able to work between the airport office and downtown office
- Able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of customer services processes and systems
