Handle cargo reservation /report cargo/Cargo documents
Handle inbound & outbound cargo
Customer Service
Cargo Tracking
Sale report and Invoice
Daily communicate with various country sales agent in English, usually by writing
Administer cargo reservation email, tracking, customer services both inbound and outbound
Create cargo reservation online in company website and system with correct information
Assist the team in investigation cases by coordinating and following up results with varied parties
Handle accounting and administrative documents including cargo bills, cargo sales, report, invoice etc.
Encourage smooth work flow between downtown office and airport operation office
Other tasks assigned from the cargo office

Bachelor’s Degree (The Faculty of Business Administration/Logistics management and any other fields)
New graduates are welcome
Pleasant personality, Attitude and Service Mind
Good command in English (TOEIC 550 or above), the Chinese language is preferred
Good Microsoft word ans excel
Good health condition and no criminal record
Able to work between the airport office and downtown office
Able to work under pressure
Good knowledge of customer services processes and systems
