Qualifications
- Thai or foreigner
- Bachelors or Masters in any field
- At least two years’ work experience in real estate marketing and/or sales. Or fresh graduates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic are welcome
- Experience & understanding of condominium projects
- Effective communication skills (spoken & written) in Chinese, English, and Thai
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Pleasant outgoing personality, fast learner, well organized, self-disciplined, and professional
- Reliable, self-starters, and able to work with the team
** Excellent communication with negotiation skills are key requirements
** High competency level with Microsoft Excel, Words, and Google Drive
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales target
- Handling Channel Partners
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the Channel marketing team
- Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partner
- Training and educating the Channel Partners teams on the product development
- Sourcing Business from Channel, references, and various traditional non-traditional BTL activities
- Generate inquiries from clients with regular follow up
- Build a good relationship with partners for future prospect
- Maintain a record of daily inquiry & prospective clients- Showcase company profile to the client through presentation & meeting
- To participate in events, corporate presentation & property shows for Project Promotion
- Driving business by encouraging them to bring prospective clients and ultimately making a sale by closing them.
