Job Description
- Bank reconciliation
- Calculating commission to agents
- Payment to suppliers
- Security payments
- Vat returns
- Cash flow
- Reconciliation of AR and AP accounts
- Reconciliation of credit card sale
- Register invoices in SAP account system
- Quarterly closing
- Provisions for closing
- Familiar with the local laws and the acceptable accounting laws
- Dealing with customers and suppliers requests
- Taking care of contracts and price offers from suppliers
- Dealing with cargo sales AWB and TKT sales
- Budget control
- Handling with local authorities
- Collecting from customers
- Any other requirements from the supervisors
Requirements
- Bookkeeping Certificate or accounts degree (experience is an advantage)
- Good English (able to read, write and speak)
- Knowledge in MS Office – especially Excel
- Able to learn to work with new software
- Immediate availability
- Knowledge in SAP system
