Job Highlights - Airline Job - 1 year of work experience - Flight Crew Training
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit all concerned document to all instructors and trainees.
- Prepare that all training rooms, equipment and facilities are available for training activities.
- Record, monitor and update training data, result and validation in company’s systems and maintain hard copy in the file and backup in the system.
- Monitor the effiency of planning and last minute changes, giving feedback and suggestion to ensure efficiency in planning or changes are maintained.
- Prepare personal training record.
- Perform any tasks assigned by training management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 years of work experience airline business
- Flight Crew Training Manual, AOCR, Announcement of CAAT and Microsoft Office
- Company’s characteristic with an Airline industry knowledge
- English communication skill (TOEIC 550)
