เงินเดือน: 20,000-24,000 ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์
เวลาทำงาน:
- 08.45-17.30
- 5 วัน/สัปดาห์
- สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ได้
Job Description
- Provide the customer information relating to flight schedule / pricing / booking / issue invoice for billing
- Communicate with overseas partner about document providing and pre-alert.
- Resolve and handle customer complaints
- Response profestional customer call
Qualification
- Male or Female
- Age in 22-35 years old
- Graduated in Bachelor Degree in any field
- Required experience in Air logistics provider (Advantage)
- Skilled in communication Thai, English (business level)
- Skilled in typing and responding business English email (Advantage)
- Be able to handle and resolve the customer complaint
- Ability to work under pressure and good in service mind
