Job Scope
- Provide excellent customer service in irregularity situations, handling all ticketing and check in functions on remote basis. (Work at our Business Service Center, at Q-House Asoke)
Responsibilities
- Rebooking and Reissue Processing
- Handling excess baggage charge and all other charges
- Notify passengers / agents via email, phone, text message
- Offer customer / agent alternative solutions
- Reservations, service and sales of LHG products and its cooperation partners
- Ensure all passenger services are provided within Lufthansa Group quality standards
- Follow required safety and security procedures in accordance with all company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Project a professional and congenial personality for daily interaction with customers and customer service team-members
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English (TOEIC 650+)
- German language is an advantage
- Good perception and adaptability
- Intercultural competence
- Good PC user know-how
- Ability for shift work; early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
