The Regional Supply Chain Manager is responsible in development and execution of regional hub and inventory planning strategy as well as overlooking end-to-end supply chain operations

Our client is a highly reputable leader in the chemicals distributor with a diverse portfolio of products – coatings and electronics, as well as application equipments. They are currently rapidly expanding in the South East Asia and are seeking highly qualified industry professionals to take on this key leadership position
Description
- Optimize & standardize supply chain role structure & processes
- Demand planning
- Inventory planning and management
- Importation processes; Ensure correct HS codes used
- Transportation management
- Regulatory Affairs and compliance
- Further, standardize RA structure by country
- Take an active role in ISO coordination for locations designed by Management.
- Drive process and efficiency improvements, particularly those tied to regional standardization. Champion projects in process that will drive logistics and supply chain efficiencies.
- Ensure safety & EHSS concept are incorporated into all activities / initiatives
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science or other relevant disciplines (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management role
- Experience within specialty chemicals industry experience is highly desirable
- Fluency in both Thai and English is essential for effective communication with all stakeholders
- Good commercial acumen, analytical thinking and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment under minimal supervision
