Job Description
- Handle and coordinate training activities required, to comply with applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and standards
- Ensure the standard of Ground Operations and Maintenance Training modules, syllabus and tools are consistent and in compliance with aviation rules and regulations and company policy.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to support instructors and facilities
- Manage and utilize budget and resources appropriately and accordingly
- Prepare and manage monthly training schedule based on Annual Training Plan
- Participating and assisting concerned functions to do training need a survey that considers increasing the performance of Ground Services personnel.
- Organize Ground Services initial training, recurrent training, and conversion /difference training course.
- Manage and supervise Regulatory Training Specialists in the continuous development of training modules, training aids, materials, and tools
- Develops and administers training programs for Ground Services personnel.
- Presents in-person training sessions, monitors training, and gives trainers feedback for effectiveness.
- Assist GMT Manager and draw yearly training plan for Ground Services personnel.
- Assist GMT Manager to establish Ground Training Manual which complies with Nok Air policy and aviation rules and regulations.
- Review and revise all Ground Services training syllabus, course content, and lesson plan in compliance with company policy and aviation rules and regulations.
- Manage all Ground Services mandatory training as prescribed by company & aviation regulatory requirements.
- Assist GMT Manager to maintain standard and consistency of Ground Services trainers’ competency according to company policy.
- To set up the training program and provide suitable training to all staff in the Technical department.
- Ensure that each person in Technical Department has been provided essential training to make them capable of their responsibilities and assigned tasks.
- Ensure that the training records are current and readily available for inspection.
- Ensure that the training record of personnel, instructor profile, and list of outsourced instructors are up to date.
- Ensure that all Technical staff are trained according to the requirement of the Authority.

- Assist GMT Manager to maintain standard and consistency of Technical trainers’ competency according to company policy.
- Perform duties in conformity with the company’s Quality, Safety and Security Policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in education or Higher in any fields or equivalent Aviation fields
- Minimum experience requirement 5 years of experiences in airline operations
- At least 5 years working experience in a training and development capacity
- An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in conducting Ground training.
- Have experience facilitating training campaigns through adult learning concepts, technology or operation perspective and instructional design concept.
- Have demonstrated successful experience leveraging technology in order to deliver training in new ways.
- 7 yrs in Aircraft maintenance environment.
- With >5 yrs in Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization, as the Instructor , Manager or Higher
