- Work as the direct point of contact with all Department and Employees to proactively support the delivery of all HR activities –with a strong emphasis where back-office staff are concerned
- Evaluate department’s manpower planning and requests to clarify and justify the resources required
- Actively work with department on the recruitment, selection, and on-boarding process of back-office staff
- Support the Head of People on Company’s High- Potential & Succession Planning Initiatives
- Support the Head of People in Company-wide Resource planning and Organization Structuring
- Assist Head of People to monitor and review Organization structure and Job description
- Identify employee engagement initiatives including Company-wide or Departmental events and activities
- Ensure Company is compliance to updated employment regulatory.
- Rechecks and oversees each function work processes to ensure all process laid down are performed.
- Source for potential candidates through direct channels, web searches and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent
- Support in co-ordination and organization of recruitment drives, career/job fairs
- Preparation of Employment Contracts, Training bond agreements, Employer Protection Agreements for contract briefings / offers
- Develop and prepare New Hire Information Kits for new hires
- Identifying key positions in the organization and selecting high potential employees who may be developed for these roles
- Coming up with developmental programs for high potentials and employees in managerial positions so as to better align them directly to achieving business level goals
- Developing short-term and long-term incentive programs based on Departmental KPIs together with the Com and Ben team
- Provide advice and counselling to employee on employee-related issues
Job Highlights – 5 years in HR Management, 3 years in Recruitment – Strong English Communication Skill – Knowledge of labor legislations and HR practices
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field
- At least 5 years of Human Resources Management with 3 years of recruiting experience
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Sound knowledge of labor legislation
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
