Responsibilities

  • Work as the direct point of contact with all Department and Employees to proactively support the delivery of all HR activities –with a strong emphasis where back-office staff are concerned  
  • Evaluate the department’s manpower planning and requests to clarify and justify the resources required
  • Actively work with the department on the recruitment, selection, and on-boarding process of back-office staff 
  • Support the Head of People on the Company’s High- Potential & Succession Planning Initiatives  
  • Support the Head of People in Company-wide Resource planning and Organization Structuring
  • Assist Head of People to monitor and review Organization structure and Job description
  • Identify employee engagement initiatives including Company-wide or Departmental events and activities  
  • Ensure Company is in compliance with updated employment regulations.
  • Rechecks and oversees each function’s work process to ensure all processes laid down are performed.   
  • Source for potential candidates through direct channels, and web searches and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent   
  • Support in coordination and organization of recruitment drives, career/job fairs   
  • Preparation of Employment Contracts, Training bond agreements, and Employer Protection Agreements for contract briefings/offers  
  • Develop and prepare New Hire Information Kits for new hires  
  • Identifying key positions in the organization and selecting high-potential employees who may be developed for these roles  
  • Coming up with developmental programs for high potentials and employees in managerial positions so as to better align them directly to achieving business-level goals  
  • Developing short-term and long-term incentive programs based on Departmental KPIs together with the Com and Ben team  
  • Provide advice and counseling to employees on employee-related issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field
  • At least 5 years of Human Resources Management with 3 years of recruiting experience
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation 
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
