Responsibilities
- This position is mainly responsible for account management of customers in the airfreight outbound industry/ product.
- To Achieve targeted Gross profit, tonnage & volume, and regular targets of sales.
- Taking care of both existing agents/customers and acquiring customers and maintaining a good relationship.
- Coordinate with the product management team to develop unique, industry-specific solutions to cater to the requirements of the customer.
- Support customers in planning marketing strategies within each assigned area
- Coordinate & update the Sales Manager on the market information, potential of customers & competitors and participate in the company marketing planning
- To provide Sales reports and other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- At least 1 or 5 years of working experience as a Sales or Marketing Executive in the Logistics industry: mainly in the airfreight export industry/ product.
- Strong Knowledge of logistics and business.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills, agility, result orientation, and problem-solving.
- Good command of written and spoken the English language
- The dynamic and proactive person with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Flexible, dedicated, and driven with a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Having a driving license and own transportation
