Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
- Make reservations/change tickets for passengers
- Answer phone calls, emails or handle walk-in passengers
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Working experience in airlines industry is preferably.
- Able to operate ticketing & reservation on Amadeus system
- Be Fluent in Speaking and Writing English
- High level of customer service oriented with good pleasant personality
- Able to work well under pressure
