Qualification
- Thai Nationality
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Ticketing & Reservation on the Amadeus system.
- Good command of writing and speaking English is preferable.
- Strong team working, customer service skills, and knowledge of airport operations.
- Working Location Suvarnabhumi Airport
Responsibilities
- Handle all airport ticketing processes on the Amadeus system such as creating bookings, issuing tickets, re-issue tickets, issuing EMD for excess baggage, and processing refunds.
- Handle flight irregularity such as Flight cancels, delay, and aircraft technical problems.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
