Qualification
- The new graduate is welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Experiences 0-3 years in Accounting or related field.
- Computer literacy and possessing good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)
- Have prioritizing skill
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
- Good command of English and Thai
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supplier bill placement, preparing payment documents and distributing payments to suppliers.
- Perform accounting records and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial reports such as sales report, balance sheets, income statements and reports related to accounting areas.
- Prepare reconciliation and detail report for B/S items such as A/P, A/R, cash, fix assets register.
- Working closely with Auditor during the financial audit period
- Preparation of monthly Tax reports such as PND 3, 53 and yearly, PND 55 including Social Security Funds.
- Responsible for Banking duties and taking care of petty cash.
- Responsible for Banking staff’s reimbursement.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager or management.
