Qualification
- The new graduate is welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experiences 0-3 years.
- Computer literacy and possessing good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)
- Have prioritizing skill
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
- Good command of English and Thai
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management and deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Scheduling, prioritizing and confirming meetings, appointments, conference calls and any other related engagements.
- Determining priority matters, receiving and screening visitors and incoming calls and providing alert messages.
- To manage all other administrative duties assigned and event planning e.g. facilitate and set up team activity & engagement, organizing workshops, conferences, training, meetings and assisting in projects management and activation work.
- To perform operational functions such as report management, create & compile Power Point presentations for meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc project as assigned.
