งานสายการบิน มาใหม่ บริษัท Adinas Travel & Tour ซึ่งเป็น GSA ให้กับสายการบิน Saudia Airlines ประเทศไทย เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง Sales Support (Senior/Junior)

Working Time: Monday-Friday (08.30-17.30) Location: Sindhorn Building, Wireless Road
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-5 Years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of the Airline Industry.
- Be fluent in speaking and writing English.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Service mindset, proactive, self-motivated, multitasker, and a team player.
- To manage the Company’s sales and marketing activities in Thailand, including liaison with travel agents, corporate customers, other airlines, and business partners.
- To implement all sales action plans related to his/her market area and promote airline products and create awareness and generate sales.
- To prepare of various marketing plans, reports to the Company, and competitor marketing and sales activities and related analysis.
- To participate and represent the Company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional functions.
- To ensure a high level of service to all the company’s customers, business associates, and partners.
- To establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including potential travel agencies, tour operators, influencers, and others to develop collaborative and prospects for new sales opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1-2 Years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in the Airline Industry.
- Be fluent in speaking and writing English.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Background in Airline’s reservation (AMADEUS) will be an advantage.
- Service mindset, proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Support Sales and Marketing
- Conduct with FIT/GIT/Corporate customers
- Perform sales reports, insight and notification, and review sales performance
- Answering customer, and agents’ inquiries, handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Managing customer accounts, and following up with customers for administrative purposes.
- Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
