Working Time: Monday-Friday (08.30-17.30) Location: Sindhorn Building, Wireless Road
Qualification
- Thai Nationality
- Male/Female age 25-35 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Sales, Sales support, Preferably in Trade Sales in the Aviation or Tourism/Travel industry.
- Experience in GDS systems.
- Reservation & Ticketing background.
- Good command of writing and speaking English is preferable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, team working and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Fully support & solve the problem for sales team
- Answering customer, agents’ inquiries, handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Able to relocate to work at ticketing counter.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
- Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes.
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
- Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
