Work Location: Bangkok & Songkhla

Under the direction of the Technical Director, the position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing maintenance plans that meet operational needs while maximizing yield and reducing cost. The Aircraft Maintenance Planner plans and schedules both short and long term maintenance requirements while working closely with our internal functional teams. Develops work packages by taking into account specific requirements such as maintenance skills, tooling, materials, available man-hours, and down time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Experience in aircraft maintenance planning or spare part management is preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking mindset.
Persistence and determination attitude.
Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 500)

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and review a program of work.
Work with the relevant personnel to calculate the resources needed for a project.
Liaise with Engineering and Stores/Procurement to ensure that all the relevant resources (spare parts, tools, and equipment) are aligned and ready when in need.
Forecast major maintenance tasks in advance, control and plan the safety-critical maintenance tasks on each aircraft.
Plan contingency programs in case timeframes change.
Ensure the accurate records of aircraft flying hours, engine, and landing cycles in the Aircraft Log Books and computer records.
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Managing several projects with the support of junior planners
Work rotation: 5 days on and 2 days off per week. However, working on weekends or long hours may be required due to the nature of aviation maintenance programs
