Work Location: Songkhla

The Passenger Service Officer are to ensure safe, efficient and secure handling of passengers and freight at check in, departure, arrival, transfer areas and the boarding gates. This includes the observation of any presence of dangerous goods (DG) and other prohibited items during the check in process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Excellence in Microsoft Office package
• Good personality and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Providing passenger check-in service
• Coordinating with FOO for the check-in process
• Completing airport documentation and preparing the next day’s flight program and manifest
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
