Responsibilities
– Accountable for ensuring continuous MEP functioning reliability and ensuring any scheduled servicing is carried out at regular intervals according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Ensure MEP Room equipment environment is as per specifications at all times
– General upkeep of the entire Private Jet terminal to ensure the highest standard of effectiveness to function as a World Class VIP facility including Ramp area, Hangar & Doors, Car Park area, Internal access paths, all Green areas, etc
– Manage all systems associated with the functioning of the facility such as all internal and external Security Access devices, barriers, gates, CCTV, Lighting, intercoms, etc.
– Carry out regular testing and servicing of emergency backup systems including generators, lighting, fire systems, and pumps. Ensure regular scheduled preventative servicing is carried out as per “Mega Door” manufacturing requirements and assist the maintenance department with any door operational issues.
– Liaise with AOT engineering and Airside Operations for continuous maintenance and serviceability checks of Taxiway lights, markings, and signage.
– Adhere and keep abreast of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and ensure the facility remains compliant and in addition, all vendors and contracted parties visiting or working in the facility receive safety briefings and also comply with regulations associated with their area and scope of work.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar
– Age 25-40 years old.
– 5 -10 years Experienced in Previous accountable maintenance role
– Thai nationality.
– Current Thai vehicle license.
