The Quality Coordinator is an individual responsible for administrations, coordinations and operations of the Quality Management System (QMS) which develop and implement for Siam Land Flying Quality Assurance including AOC and FBO area. He/She acts as coordinator and assistant for Quality Assurance Manager to coordinate and ensure the compliance, maintain the audit activity and supervision the document control procedure
Responsibility
- Monitoring of the quality program
- The assist and the follow-up of all known instances of non-conformity to the quality standards, however, relevant during the internal and external (CAAT, etc.)
- Coordinating the investigation activity of occurrences affecting airworthiness, and safety and assuring that relevant corrective actions have been taken
- Performing the Audit as the auditor
- Assuring the control of Quality documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. A degree in aviation or engineering field is an advantage
- 3 years experience in the aviation industry, with at least 1 year of experience in quality management or aviation safety management
- 3-5 years of experience in any business with at least 2 years of experience in quality management or safety management
- Interpersonal skills
- Oral and written communications skills in Thai and English. (TOEIC 550 is prefer.)
- An understanding of the Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
