Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel business preferably in servicing multinational companies, corporate clients, or reservations.
• Able to do overtime working or work at night
• Able to communicate in English would be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle agent queries (email) regarding the Group Fare Quote/Group Ticket Restricted/Group Reservation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and provide service and information to Agent/Airlines.
• Handle confirmation before processing Reservation/Ticketing/Cancellation/Exchange/Refund
• Handle ticketing processing regarding the group ticket issuance/ cancellation (void).
• Handle ticketing processing regarding the flight change (reissue/exchange).
• Handle GDS Queue Management (the airline + GDS confirmation messages).
• Handle mismatch group ticket fare, group ticket restricted, dispute the difference, ADM, ACM.
• Handle the group ticket issued has no invoice.
