สายการบิน STARLUX เปิดรับสมัครพนักงานตำแหน่ง Senior Finance and Administration Specialist ทำงานจันทร์-ศุกร์ 08.30-17.30 น. ที่อาคาร AIA Sathorn Tower (BTS Saint Louis)
Job Highlights – Passion in airline industry – Interest in fields of finance and HR admin – Good communicator with interperaonal skill
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above in finance, accounting or business administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in office administration, finance or HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Professional level of spoken and written English.
- A conversational level of spoken Mandarin is a plus.
- Having airline industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly financial routines such as bank payments, transactions, and statement checking.
- Cooperate with an external accounting company by checking bookkeeping or business-related tax declaration (ex PP30, PND53, PND50, PND51, etc).
- Handle basic HR and administration duties.
- Understand employees’ needs and company policy in order to help build better company culture and communication channels.
- Manage inventory of office supplies such as stationery to make sure smooth office operations.
- Help and guide colleagues on Finance/HR SOP.
- Complete other tasks as per the manager’s request.
Preferred
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Has a can-do and open-minded attitude.
