Responsibilities
– Ensure that the post holders are providing and suitable briefing to their staff about the quality assurance and how its work
– Ensure that the training record of company auditor including qualified and evaluation process are consistency with standard and requirement.
– To assist Quality Assurance Manager in developing and maintaining quality system concern with ISO, IOSA, TCO and CASA Frame work
– Assisting the Quality Assurance Lead Auditor in preparing audit program, audit plan and checklist
– Perform the audits activity
– Scrutinizing remedial actions for audit finding and concerns
– Negotiating time frame to complete remedial actions
– Preparing audit reports
– Following up the audit finding and observations of internal audit and external audit
– Investigating incidents or concerns assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
Qualitfications
– Bachelor degree or equivalent in any field
– Have working experience in aviation industry for at least 3 years
– Have been trained on the Aviation Internal Auditing
– Have good skills of computer literacy with MS Office applications
– Have strong communication, including writing proficiency in English, and interpersonal skills
