Passenger Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks at Check-in Counter, Boarding gate, and Arrival area
- Providing pertinent information to the passenger
- Check the email and prepare the paperwork for the next day
- Coordinate with the relevant department and relevant third party
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with related experience in customer or ground services
- Welcome fresh graduate
- Pleasant, friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous, self-starter, able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in oral and written English (Toeic score 550+ or Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Able to work on shift
Ramp Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Operate and readily of Ground Service Equipment (GSE) and perform GSE daily inspection
- Operate van service for flight crew and passengers, perform baggage handling and aircraft cabin cleaning
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
- Graduated with a Diploma/High Vocational Certificate in any field
- Welcome fresh graduate
- Hold a valid driving license
- Proven knowledge of maintenance
- Able to read, write, and understand the basic English
- Able to work on shift
