Qualifications

Male/ Female, Age over 22 years old (Thai nationality)
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Computer literate with MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of aviation will be considered an advantage.
Aviation Regulation about Flight Time -Limitation (will be an advantage)
Experience in the airline industry (will be an advantage)
Good communication skills in English with TOEIC 500 and Thai (Both written and spoken)
Good manners and Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Alert, Energetic, and willing to work as part of team.
Well organized and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Aviation systems (optional)
Knowledge of Sabre system (optional).
No criminal conviction, imprisonment, misdemeanor, or finding for guilt.
Excellent health

Responsibilities

Plan roster in any work structure according to Division standard procedure.
Generate efficient pairings to optimize roster planning in term of crew cost and crew productivity.
Summarize productivity in term of block hours, fairness, utilization and ETC.
Plan and organize the rental of accommodations for crew members who are on flight duty during both domestic and international flight operations and control the process in accordance with the policies and rule of the company.
Keep record of productivity; blocked hour, FDP per pairing in both planned and actual schedule, leave overview, FDP Extension request, etc., for the purpose of improving crew productivity.
