- Male/ Female, Aged over 28 years old. (Thai nationality)
- A bachelor’s degree in the aviation field is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English with TOEIC score results 550.
- Understand the AOCR and TCAR for duty and limitation.
- Well organized and able to work under pressure.
- Logical and able to solve urgent situations systematically.
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Computer with MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AIMS will be considered an advantage.
- Plan and Manage within the Crew Scheduling area to continually improve operations efficiency.
- Overall responsibility for Crew Planning, Crew Movement, and Crew Tracking staff’s performance to ensure adherence to CAAT’s regulations, company, Division policies, and procedures.
- Provide strong leadership in the daily operations and irregular operations for the development and expeditious handling of the operational recovery plan.
- To monitor balanced planning, fairness, productivity targets, cost control, fatigue management, and perspective while maintaining the commitment to maximize productivity.
- Identify the root cause and file Corrective Action Reports (CARs) within the Crew Scheduling area to meet the required standard.
- Liaise and coordinate with civil authorities and other relevant external entities on Crew Scheduling matters.
