Responsibilities
- Perform tasks at Counter check-in, Boarding gate, Lost and Found
- Attend and support passenger complaint
- Solve and provide correct information to the passenger
- Ensure staff have teamwork and communicate well
- Check email and reply in an appropriate time frame
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Welcome fresh graduate
- Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services
- Background in airline operations
- Relevant certifications in ground operations
- Proficient in oral and written English, and Thai. (Toeic score of 550 or Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people.
