GROUND OPERATIONS OFFICER (BKK)
Responsibilities
- Ensure to submit all relevant investigation report and complaint on time
- Ensure monitoring GH staff performance
- Daily monitor OTP to ensure flight departure on time
- Daily monitor GH staff performance and ensure follow KPI
- Brief wheelchair vendor on special handling
- Disseminate new information to GH staffs during briefing
- Conduct walk about checks to ensure smooth operations
- Attend and support staff on guest complaint
- Practice service recovery – Solve and provide correct information to guest
- Ensure safety & security at all time
- Ensure staff have teamwork and communicate well
- Check email and reply in appropriate time frame
- Passenger handling and crisis management (Flight delays, cancellations)
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 2-3 years working experience in the aviation industry
- Computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
- Inquiring mind, Innovative.
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
- Proficient in oral and written English, Thai. (Toeic score 500 or Mandarin will be advantage)
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
GROUND OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (BKK)
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance of daily shift duty officers to maintenance and develop services at the station
- Create staff daily roster
- Ensure to submit all relevant investigation report and complaint on time
- Ensure monitoring staff performance, On time performance
- Update staff on latest ancillary product and push to sell
- Conduct walk around checks to ensure smooth operations at all areas
- Support staff on passenger complaint
- Solve and provide correct information to passenger
- Conduct training and show good example to the staff
- Ensure staff have teamwork and communicate well
- Passenger handling and crisis management (Flight delays, cancellations)
- Makes recommendation to improve service levels
- Perform task at Counter check-in, Boarding gate, Lost and Found
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Male / Female
- Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services
- Experience in airlines business would be advantage
- Proficient in oral and written English, Thai. (Toeic score 550 or Mandarin will be advantage)
GROUND OPERATIONS OFFICER (CEI)
Responsibilities
- Maintenance an develop services at the station.
- Ensure to submit all relevant investigation report and complaint on time.
- Ensure flight departure on time.
- Monitor ancillary revenue at airport and push to sell.
- Conducted walk-around checks to ensure smooth operations at all areas.
- Support staff on passenger complaint.
- Solve and provide correct information to passenger.
- Passenger handling and crisis management (Flight delays, Cancellations)
- Monitor ground handling staff performance and ensure follow KPI.
- Makes recommendation to improve service levels.
- At outstation will be perform to be Turn Around Coordinator (TRC) include issue LIR.
- At outstation will be perform to communicate with pilot-in-command via navigational equipment during en-route flight.
- Communicate with pilot-in-command via navigational equipment during en-route flight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Age 23 years above.
- Male/Female.
- Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or customer and background in airline operations.
- Welcome fresh graduate.
- Relevant certifications in ground operations.
- Chiang Rai local people is advantage.
