Responsibility
1. Monitor and control Company KPI, OTP, OTT & TAT target,
including Passenger handling in the terminal and on the ramp, bag handling in the terminal and on-ramp, and cargo handling.
2. To ensure that all manuals are kept current and available for staff reference
3. Train agents, disciplines, evaluates and documents employee performance.
4. Issues disciplinary action and makes a corrective action plan to assist the employee in altering their behavior.
5. Review service agreements with the suppliers that provide services at station and cost control
6. Monitor and control staff scheduling, reporting, and absences
7. Maintains good working relations with customers and airport authorities
8. Ensure staff have teamwork and communicate well
Qualification
– Bachelor degree or above
– At least 3 years of working experience in the aviation industry
– Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services
– Background in airline operations
– Relevant certifications in ground operations
