Job Description

Monitor route performance as well as competitor’s campaigns to strategic plan promotion campaigns to promote the product
Consistently improve social media awareness and engagement, ensure positive tonality
Increase fan base on all social media channels- Initiate content of each digital communication channel, work closely with a related team such as marketing, ancillary, and customer services
Ensure team performance reached KPI for both financial and non-financial
Plan advertising budget, goals, and strategy (GSN, programmatic buy, customer audience, ad optimization, admeasurement, API integration, CRM) as well as using available tools to measure campaign performance
Develop and drive KOLs communities
Aiming for campaign awards for both efficiency and creativities
Leading and motivating promotion and Digital marketing team, resource development to encourage staff for further training and development
Dealing with various agencies to ensure all campaigns run smoothly
