ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.30-18.00 น.
ทำงานที่ สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ (ปัจจุบัน Work from home)

Responsibilities

Leading project planning sessions of internal and external and be responsible for ensuring the execution of corrective and preventive actions base on each project plan
Support business initiatives and ensures good coordination and collaboration between the teams to achieve projects milestones and goals
Drive projects aiming at improving and maintaining operational KPIs such as customer satisfaction, quality of service, etc.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Implement changes in the organization
Identify areas that can be improved in the organization/operations and propose project ideas/solution
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for officer staff
In case of urgent or crisis situation, executive must assist customer feedback team support passengers’ request to balance the amount of workload
Responsible to issue related from such as internal proposal, claim form and feedback form to HOD and BOM for approval
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Communicate and provide suggestion to related department using procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Assists customer service manager with preparation of management report, annual performance evaluations, department budget and training plan as well as maintain documentation

Qualifications

Familiarity in project management
Excellent communication skills both speaking and writing (ENG/THA)
TOEIC score 700 and above or equivalent
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Professional experience in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Detailed-oriented with the ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy
Project management professional (PMP) / CRM systems is a plus
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Stress tolerance and able to act under stressful circumstances
Good in negotiation and exceptional diplomacy skills
Proficiency email correspondence both ENG/THA
Confidence in handling challenging circumstances and good problem-solving skills
Experience supervising others
