Responsibilities
- Assisting to develop an AOSP to ensure compliance with the NCASP;
- Assist to maintain the AOSP as approved by the appropriate authority;
- Assisting to coordinate security measures and procedures in the development of the AOSP;
- Assisting to supervise the application of approved security measures and procedures to promote their effective implementation and maintenance;
- Coordinating effective liaison and communication with appropriate authorities including airport authorities and law enforcement agencies;
- Performing as aviation security instructor in security training course;
- Performing as lead auditor in comprehensive security audit of Thai VietJet Air;
- Conducting investigation of security accidents and incidents in cases of threats or acts of unlawful interference or failure in the implementation of security controls;
- Reviewing national laws and regulations to deal with acts of unlawful interference against civil aviation;
- Recording all incidents on acts of unlawful interference affecting airline operations, including all security related incident;
- Establishing reporting network to the appropriate authorities all pertinent information related to any act of unlawful interference directed against the Thai VietJet Air or against an aircraft located at or taking off from the airport, including any threat thereto;
- Encourage security awareness and vigilance to all personal working in aviation environment; and any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Aviation Business Management, Business Administration,Political Science, Laws and related fields
- 3- 5 year-experience in operations, administration, aviation Security Industry
- Holding certification or equivalent approval by the appropriate authority, Recognized training centers, institutions (e.g. ICAO, IATA, etc.);
- Having essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with international laws, public laws national security regulations, corporate policy, quality assurance, concerned corporate standards operating procedure (e.g. leadership skill, interpersonal skill, etc.)
- Excellent command of Thai and English
- Strong knowledge of international, regional and national aviation security regulations knowledge invthe following specific areas:
- security systems and access control;
- ground and in-flight security;
- contingency plan and crisis management;
- restricted and prohibited articles; and
- an overview of terrorism
