Planned and managed the maintenance and servicing of the tools and equipment, ensuring all workshop machinery complied with all statutory regulations.
Maintained workshop plant and equipment, ensuring all external contract maintenance was carried out in line with contractual agreements and corporate governance.
Managing the maintenance and reliability of the machinery and workshop infrastructure.
Developing and delivering upgrades to engineering systems processes and maintaining including
updating procedures for the workshop.
Continuous improvement and ongoing maintenance of workshops production facilities and visual management processes at the same time implementing safe working practices and security within the department.
Directs and manages the teams in a structured way to use the resources available to best effect ensuring all staff maintains minimum standards
Ensuring the team works effectively, and harmoniously within the workshop and is responsible for maintaining external supplier relationships.
Administering and managing staff holidays and shift coverage plan.
Other assignments

Bachelor‘s Degree or Higher related to the position
Optionally, technical qualification requirements with minimum HNC/HND level in a relevant discipline, Mechanical, Chemical or Automotive Engineering equivalent.
Alternatively, previous hands-on technical qualification (City & Guilds or certified and qualified technician) or proven experience repairing & maintaining Heavy Ground Vehicles (HGV).
It is essential that candidates are qualified time-served mechanics with a minimum of 12 months of previous supervisory experience, working within a workshop environment.
Have at least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales function – Good understanding of sales & distribution business and able to contextual channel strategic direction.
Have experience in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering disciplines (postgraduate
qualifications highly regarded).
Technical qualification requirements with minimum HNC/HND level in a relevant discipline, Mechanical, Chemical, or Automotive Engineering equivalent.
Able to provide evidence of previous performance in which strong technical and practical engineering skills have been demonstrated.
Good understanding of commercial aspects of workshop tools, equipment, and vehicle maintenance activities.
Good communication skills with an Aircraft Engineering background.
Be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Be able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
