Job Highlights – Maintenance Repair & Overhaul – Aviation Business (Heavy Maintenance Shop) – Aerospace Repair (Flight control surfaces)
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma from high vocational institute in Mechanical or Aerospace.
- Capability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions
- Ability to read, write and understand English and computer literacy is required
- Able to read, interpret and understand SRM, CMM Manual, IPCs and/or specifications
- Hands-on skills in using of common hand tools and measuring equipment
- Willingness to work shifts/weekends when needed
- Able to use Microsoft office (MS Word, Office, Excel)
- Ability to work shifts/weekends
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Experience work on Flight control surfaces products such as disassembly, assembly, or repair.
- Use basic machines such as Lathe, Mill, Drill, Grinder (manual and CNC, CAD/CAM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to relocate and live in the Bangkok/Chonburi area.
Responsibility
- Perform testing of Flight control surfaces products IAW CMM and approved technical data under supervision.
- Perform disassembly, cleaning, repair, assembly and testing on various models of Flight control surfaces products under supervision.
- Perform repairs (riveting/patching) of metallic parts IAW CMM, SRM, Engineering Instruction and approved technical data under supervision.
- Perform spare part replacement IAW CMM and engineering instruction under supervision.
- Fabricate sheet/angle/contour metallic parts IAW CMM, SRM, Engineering Instruction and approved technical data with supervision.
- Perform trouble shooting for testing process with supervision.
- Perform assigned tasks to attain production and delivery goals.
- Completes all required paperwork and documentation in timely manner after task complete.
- Read, interpret and properly employ technical manuals, mechanical drawings
- Perform daily tooling check, preventative maintenance check of the responsible equipment/ tool boxes/chemical cabinets/machines
- Wear PPEs as required in shop floor areas.
- Adhere to company policy, EHS procedure and company procedures
- Implement good housekeeping and 5S activity.
- Ensure product quality meets all FAA, EASA and other requirements / standards and meets customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by maintaining / enforcing the facility safety rules and guidelines
- Support Continuous Improvement goals in safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Additional work or other job duties as assigned, or upon Supervisor’s request
