งานการบินมาใหม่ TT Aviation บริษัท ทีที เอวิเอชั่น จำกัด เปิดรับสมัครพนักงานตำแหน่ง Cargo Reservation เพื่อทำงานให้กับสายการบิน Air New Zealand Cargo รายละเอียดดังนี้
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales, load flight reservations in the system and ensure they are properly inputted into the cargo system.
- Liaise between Sales team and interline partner to ensure reservations are done properly.
- Coordinate with Headquarter, Airport Staffs, and Outstation Team
- Prepare and collect relevant document for sending pre-alerts to all concern.
- Follow up and monitor shipment to ensure cargo depart as planned and completed to final destinations.
- Control stock AWB and prepare cargo sales report to account department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in related filed
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Air Freight/ Cargo / Freight Forwarder / Logistic or any related field
- Advanced skill level in MS Office: Word/Power Point/Excel
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent service mind and good in negotiable
- Good command of English in both written and spoken
