Job Highlights – Excellent opportunity to join a leader in Aviation – Superb working environment and salary package – Career Development and International working style Work Location: Pathumwan Our Client is a leading Aviation Service Provider working with a large number of major airlines in Airports and Maintenance centers across the world. They provide their customers with key equipment and services that allow them to focus on their core business of flying passengers and cargo around the world. They are currently seeking to hire a fleet manager in their Central Bangkok office to manage, maintain and optimize their assets. The role will focus on Inventory Management throughout the network, fleet harmonization, asset exchange programs, and renewal. The role requires an individual with a dynamic and driven communication style, good written and spoken English, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of how to work with and analyze data.
Requirements
- University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Several years of experience in physical asset/inventory management, ideally in the cargo or logistics industry
- Previous work experience in a multi-national corporation and cross-cultural teams
- CAPEX and Budget Control experience is a plus
- Very strong analytical skills and data-driven work approach
- Very strong structural and problem-solving skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, able to meet deadlines/targets and respond to business needs on time
- Proven ability to work independently, own and drive own tasks and deliverables
- Resilient, able to find compromise and overcome roadblocks
- Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and to drive results and improvements on a continuous basis
- Ability to cope with ambiguity

Responsibilities
- Management of global asset base on network and carrier level by maintaining data-driven oversight of entire asset base
- Coordination of asset renewals and exchange programs between networks
- Active management of fleet harmonization to reduce equipment SKUs
- Continuous maintenance of accurate fleet data in relevant IT systems
- Management asset induction onboarding
- Establishment of asset management KPIs and support of Total Cost of Ownership analysis
- Support new business opportunity, bill of sale, exit agreement, and buyback analysis
- Proactive management of CAPEX induction, concerning logistics and customs
