VIP Jets operate with one Cessna Citation Mustang C510, based at Don Mueang airport. We provide both Charter and Medevac services throughout South-East Asia. VIP Jets Ltd. has vacancy position for Head of QSS (Quality/ Safety/Security) for the company. This position will report directly to CEO of the company.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Aviation industry
- Minimum age 25 years
- Have both mechanical and flight operations experience
- Have good communication skills, both in written and spoken English
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Have good planning and analytical skills
- Experience with Quality Assurance system and standards (ISO 9001)
- Capability to update company manuals
- Good knowledge of CAAT rules & regulations
- Carry out risk assessments and consider how risk could be reduced
- Keep record of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements
- Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policies
- Experience with regulatory conformity inspections, and non-conforming material and correction action
Responsibilities
- Organize and Manage the Quality Assurance Department independently.
- Perform Quality surveillance on VIP Jets Ltd operations, manuals, and reports to ensure
conformity with CAAT and VIP Jets Ltd requirements. - Identify deficiencies and non-compliance.
- Propose all corrective actions necessary for eliminating non-compliance.
- Ensure, through a follow-up process, that these corrective actions are initiated and
completed by the responsible manager in response to any finding of non-compliance and
that they are efficient and meet the intended purpose. - Analyses and disseminates information about irregularities, incidents, and accidents
including exchanging information with the CAAT, AOT, ATC, and aviation safety experts. - The Head of Safety & Security is the responsible person for all safety & security relevant
matters
