Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with customer service team, customer, co load customer and carrier to update detail and issue export document for submitting to carrier.
- Update announcement from carrier
- Update accurate data via company system and send pre-alert
- Be the contact person for CS and loading team for any issues occur at warehouse
- Provide the task assigned by line manager
We are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience with Air Freight or any previous exposure to Air product is required for this role
- Detail-oriented person
- Team work attitude
- Able to work in shift, from Monday-Saturday
