- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Providing leadership to support team.
- Handle partner complaints
- Handle investigations related issues
- Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to supervisor and manager
- Keeping updates timely and accurate knowledge to ensure the basic knowledge is well acknowledged.
- Coordinate with airline or Vender
- Support Live chat team
- Conduct reports as required
- Resolves customer requests and problems by making appropriate booking changes based on company‘s processes and procedures, as well as airline terms and conditions
- Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints in the company‘s system
- Train & Inspire team members to achieve service excellence.
- Conduct workforce planning and coordinate with relevant teams to meet company requirements
- Provide assistance to team with solving partner inquiries and other related tasks
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- 1-2 years hands-on work in Airline Business or Accommodation business
- or 2 years experience in a customer service field is an advantage
- 600 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
- Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
- Good command of written and spoken in both Thai/English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
