Responsibilities

• Maintenance and development services at the station
• Ensure that all relevant investigation reports and complaints are on time
• Ensure flight departure on time
• Monitor ancillary revenue at the airport and push to sell
• Conduct walkaround checks to ensure smooth operations in all areas
• Support staff on passenger complaint
• Solve and provide correct information to passenger
• Passenger handling and crisis management  (Flight delays, cancellations)
• Monitor ground handling staff performance and ensure following KPI
• Makes recommendations to improve service levels
• Other assignments from the direct Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the aviation industry
• Good Command of English and high level of competence
• Proven knowledge of ground operations and or customer services
• Background in airline operations or  Aviation Ground Operations
• Able to work in shifts and work under pressure
