Responsibilities

Air Freight Forwarding

Tender Management

Ensure 100% compliance on the Tender RFQ and correct according to instruction, terms & conditions.
Collaborate with regional headquarters and operating companies to submit the report on time.
Coordinate with the business owner, verify business potential and proceed with formal tender RFQ properly.
Support pricing analysis, strategize tender strategy, and procurement with operating companies.
Support RFQ post analysis and initiate strategy to increase RFQ success ratio for next tenders.
Support Air freight global/regional tenders for South Asia & Oceania region.
Summarize monthly and quarterly tender results and performance reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Air Cargo, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related area or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in air freight forwarder business, sales freight forwarder, or relevant export & import business.
Good English skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking, and effective communication.
Ability to understand and explain complex issues.
Proactive and systematic thinking and deliverable
Good in adaptation and quick response with limitation of time
High responsible and strong team player and able to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have a Will-Do and Can-Do attitude
Excellent Microsoft office skills.
